After battling New York City traffic, Yo Gotti is in the chair getting his hair cut before taking on the low temperatures for All-Star weekend. The Memphis native has recently dropped his Concealed mixtape and is readying the release for his fifth studio album The Art of Hustle – set to arrive some time in the Spring.

The car enthusiast is keeping his thumb on the ever evolving hip-hop, switching things up when appropriate. “If the ship was the same as it was five years ago or 10 years ago when them artists was doing their thing there probably wouldn’t be me to come in and do my thing,” he said.

With Zed Zilla, Wave Chapelle and Snootie Wild under his Cocaine Muzik Group (CMG) label, the veteran rapper is looking to provide a platform for these rappers to take over.
