Early this morning (Jan. 30), Suge Knight surrendered himself at a West Hollywood station in connection to a deadly hit-and-run. Suge was involved in a fight with two men on the a movie set of N.W.A.’s Straight Outta Compton biopic filmed in Compton, Los Angeles on Thursday (Jan. 29) afternoon.

TMZ reports the former Death Row CEO was provoked by two men then decided to leave due to his health. While leaving, he reversed his car and in the process hit both men.

One of the men, Terry Carter, died from the hit-and-run shortly after while the other man, Cle “Bone” Sloane, sustained injuries but is expected to survive. Dr. Dre, Ice Cube and the Game were not around when the incident occurred.

Suge Knights attorney has confirmed that he was the driver that killed Terry Carter.
