Looks like there will be a little hip-hop at the Super Bowl. Since we learned Katy Perry will be gracing the stage for our halftime enjoyment, plenty of hip-hop heads were definitely planning on using that time to re-up on more food and drink. Now, there is certainly a reason to stick around.

Katy had dropped a few hints that an “old school” artist would make a surprise appearance during her show – turns out that artist is legendary Missy Elliot.

We don’t know what the set will feature, hopefully there will be a moment or two for Missy’s classics to shine rather than just their collaborative record “Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.).”Lenny Kravitz will also join in on the halftime festivities.
