Jay Z went from rapper to mega investor within the last decade and isn’t sticking to just clothes and liquor. Blue Ivy’s daddy has bid a whopping $56 million on Scandinavian company Aspiro under his company Project Panther. The deal isn’t final but The Jigga Man is putting up the healthy sum to gain the Scandinavian company after following it for a while and said that the company is, “an innovative high-quality company with strong recent growth potential.” The streaming service is called WiMP and is very popular in Europe.

The Brooklyn nativeĀ is also the owner of the luxury champagne Ace of Spades as of 2014 which brought in about $13.5 million last year. HeĀ also recently invested in the Brooklyn Nets which he has left, is still the current owner of the 40/40 club, and has added the Barclays Center to his list of successful investments.

If it’s one thing Jay Z knows, it’s how to make a buck. The $56 million for WiMP translates to 464 million Swedish Crowns.
