Pharrell is a man of many hats, literally and figuratively.

The ‘Happy’ singer and mega producer is collaborating with environmental activist and politician Al Gore to put on a concert called “Live Earth” to promote environmental consciousness.

Pharrell has been making huge waves in 2015 already with the release of his cover for GQ and collaborating with the Nickelodeon studios for the Spongebob Movie Soundtrack. Pharell has branched out to impact the awareness of the environment in a series of concerts called “Live Earth” which will take place on June 18th across seven continents.

According to ABC, Pharrell and former vice president Al Gore will host the concerts “to build support for a U.N. climate pact in Paris among more than 190 nations in December.”

Pharrell was quoted saying that the aim is “to have a billion voices with one message – to demand climate action now”. At the World Economic Forum Wednesday.

Now Skateboard P can add activist to his resume.
