No matter how much he can turn it around each time, Breezy has a tough time staying out of trouble. Chris Brown’s probation from his infamous 2009 case involving Rihanna has been revoked Thursday, January 15th, after the recent nightclub shooting in San Jose that took place during Breezy’s impromptu appearance earlier this week.

ABC News reports that Judge James R. Brandlin revoked Breezy’s probation due to the fact that he didn’t obtain permission to travel, which was a part of his probation agreement, which he violated by going to the nightclub performance in San Jose last week. Breezy also failed to complete the 1,000 hours of community service by the end of January, which he was required to do as well. Judge Brandlin did say however, that Breezy was making steady progress on his community service duties, so hopefully that will hold some weight in the future.

Breezy was accompanied by his mother and girlfriend Karreuche Tran at the hearing on Thursday and we’re certainly hoping Brown sneaks out of this with little to no damage.

We’ll continue to update this story as more information becomes available.
