Happy birthday Blue! America’s most popular baby (sorry, North — Blue takes this one), Blue Ivy, daughter of Jay Z and Beyoncé has turned a whopping 3-years old today, even though it feels like she’s way older than that. Beyoncé took to Instagram a little while ago to post a picture of a big number 3 and an ice sculpture of a snowflake that reads: HAPPY BIRTHDAY BLUE.

We can only imagine what kind of extravagant plans Bey-Z cooked up for Blue on her 3rd birthday, but we expect a full synopsis and hopefully pictures to surface soon.

Until then, we want to wish the lovely Blue Ivy a happy 3rd birthday!
