There is nothing quite surprising about Dr. Dre claiming the No. 1 spot atop of Forbes‘ “Highest Paid Musicians” list. With an easy $620 million before taxes claim a few dollars, Dre sits comfortably with the largest margin between the No. 1 and 2 spots. Directly behind him is Beyoncé, trailing behind by a half a billion dollars with her own $115 million this year courtesy of her world tour, Pepsi and H&M endorsements as well as her self-titled, surprise album.

Further down the list, her better half Jay Z is tied with Diddy and Bruno Mars at No. 12 earning $60 million. Closer to the mega producer and Bey are Justin Bieber at No. 6 with $80 million, Cavin Harris at No. 9 with $66 million, Taylor Swift at No. 11 with $64 million and Rihanna at at No. 18 with $48 million.
