In an unfortunate turn of events, Money Team rapper Earl Hayes took the life of wife Stephanie Moseley and then his own. A close friend to many, including Floyd Mayweather who reportedly witnessed the horrific incident via FaceTime, Earl may have been enveloped in a battle with depression and suicide for years without those closest noticing. Earl had a cut off his 2010 The First 48 mixtape titled “Suicide,” where he raps about taking his own life and that of someone innocent. The hook details his understanding to those contemplating taking their own lives. Listen to the haunting track above.

RIP to Earl and Stephanie.
