Could there be any other appropriate song to fill such big shoes this year? Pharrell’s feel-good single “Happy” took over radio stations worldwide and with a 24-hour music video this is simply a no-brainer. Listed as the most-stream song of the year via Spotify, “Happy” is also iTunes top-selling song of the year.

It is without a doubt that “Happy” is certainly the song for the people for 2014. Following behind Pharrell is Iggy Azalea and Charli XCX’s “Fancy” resting at number five. iTunes also revealed its “Best Of” pick featuring “Fancy” winning Best Song, BeyoncĂ© winning Best Artist, Logic’s debut Under Pressure album reigning in Best Hip-Hop/Rap Album and Jennifer Hugson’s JHUD winning Best R&B/Soul Album.

Congrats to all of the winners.
