Frank Scotti worked for NBC for many years including those that made up the original run of The Cosby Show from 1984-92. Scotti saw and did a lot  during his tenure.  According to recent claims made to the New York Daily News, this includes helping Bill Cosby pay women off and guard his dressing room while he would have them over.

Amid a great deal of old rape accusations resurfacing, and new ones coming forth, Bill Cosby has been in the spotlight more than he’d probably prefer. At this point, 15 women have come out and accused Cosby of rape during a time period that spans over 40 years.

Scotti claims that he would receive money directly from Cosby and write out money orders, in his own name, and have them sent in increments of up to $2,000 to women all across the United States and Europe.

“I felt sorry for the women,” said Scotti as the reason he is coming out with these accusations now.

One of the women Scotti claims he sent a money order to is Shawn Thompson, the mother of Autumn Jackson, who claimed Cosby was her biological father.

“I was suspicious that something was going on,” said Scotti. “I suspected that he was having sex with them because the other person he was sending money to (Thompson) he was definitely having sex with.

Scotti claims that he had his suspicions about Cosby’s actions but was also manipulated by the actor.

“I did a lot of crazy things for him,” said Scotti. “He was covering himself by having my name on it. It was a coverup. I realized it later.”
