In celebration of his 20 years in music, producer Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins is recruiting music’s newest stars to remake some of his greatest hits. Back in 1998, Monica and Brandy squashed their assumed beef with the No. 1 hit “The Boy Is Mine.” Now, the “Bang, Bang” crooners Ariana Grande and Jessie J will have an opportunity to box over one guy.

Other artists involved in his remake are Sam Smith, covering Whitney Houston’s “It’s Not Right About It’s Okay.”

“Sam told me [that] was the song that made him want to sing,” Jerkins told Hits Daily Double. “When I asked him if he’d be a part of this project, he was like, ‘No one else can do that song but me!’”
