Imagine walking through Time Square and then finding Erykah Badu standing there, singing. You think that would be enough to catch somebody’s attention right? In Badu’s new Street Hustle experiment the legendary singer does just that and goes unnoticed by many!

Starting off singing “can you give me some money,” Badu serenades people who pass and even tries to wake a baby to get a couple of dollars, eventually collecting a grand total of $3.60. Imagine how many people would pay that money to see the singer in concert. Check out iPhone video above.
