Remy Ma

Remy Ma has made it clear that she is out and ready to go to work. Included in her goals is the opportunity to team along side of Nicki Minaj and Iggy Azalea for a track. In a industry that has been male-dominated for so long, the addition of another female to the fold will instantly spark the topic of competition.

“What I think happens with females in this game, they tend to allow other people to pit us against each other. I’ve said this before. They make it seem like there can only be one female,” she said in an interview with Hot 97′s Funkmaster Flex. “It can be a thousand guys that’s putting out music and rapping and doing what they do but when it comes to females in this hip-hop business, they make it seem like it can only be one, and if there’s more than one then, ‘Alright, y’all better be at each other’s throats every chance that you get.’”

Even with Remy coming in with a friendly vibe, is it possible that the Bronx native can spark some unrest by simply returning the scene?
