R. Kelly is taking on a whole new music scene in his upcoming album. The R&B veteran will entering the EDM world with an all House music album.

“I want y’all to know a secret: I’m working on a House album right now, and I want y’all to know its coming,” Kellz revealed at Chosen Few DJ’s event in Chicago last Sunday (July 6th). “Y’all know I love music and I feel like I can do anything when it comes to music because I am music, just like y’all.”

R&B lovers shouldn’t fret. The Chicago crooner isn’t abandoning his R&B roots just yet. He intends on dropping the follow-up to last year’s Black Panties with White Panties and his first holiday album, 12 Nights of Christmas. Check out the announcement above.
