Stacey Dash doesn’t shy away from a little controversy. While sitting in on Fox News’ Outnumbered as a culture analyst, her fellow hosts asked for her input on celebrities who compare overwhelming public exposure to extreme situations. They provided the examples of Gwyneth Paltrow comparing the assault of internet insults to “being a soldier in war,” Lupita Nyong’o’s comparison of the red carpet to a “war zone” and Kanye West’s beliefs of having his picture taken similar to being raped.

Naturally, the hosts brushed the heavy statements off but Dash drove the final sentiments home. “For Kanye to say rape, maybe he needs to spend some time on Rikers Island. Go to Rikers for a little while, and then he’ll know what rape is.”
