In his latest visual experience, Young Money Yawn, the promising protege of Pusha T, takes a boat ride across the border to have a much needed sit down with ‘Papi’.

The mini-movie for this catchy new single “Shout Out To Papi,” which features Pusha T and LunchMoney, is very Scarface-esque and tells a short story about your typical experience in the drug game. Usually, there’s a middle man that Yawn does business with, but for the first time, Papi himself wants to meet the ambitious go-getter just to make sure Yawn was appropriate for the job. The meeting ended with smiles, handshakes, and some lovely women for Yawn and Pusha to spend some quality time with – just like everyone in YMY’s position would hope for.

When we sat down with the young version of Tony Montana back in February, Young Money Yawn made it very clear that he grew up with hardships, but persevered in all ways. “I been shot 6 times, been to jail twice, all before I was 22 and still graduated from school,” he says.“I’m still a business owner now. I got a real college degree from a real university and I been a street legend before I was 21.” Talk about impressive.

Now, the Virginia native is 27 years old, and despite the fact he’s only been rapping for about a year, the passionate spitter is ready to take the world by storm with his upcoming debut album. Plus, with Pusha T in the background, helping him progress on a daily basis, we should see the rise of Young Money Yawn in no time.
