The 2014 CMT Music Awards brawled out to open the show last night (June 4). While the Carter-Knowles clan may have moved on from the elevator fiasco, Luke Bryan and Florida Georgia Line’s Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard brought the scuffle back to kick off Kristen Bell’s hosting duties.

Bell enters the elevator just as the fight comes to a close. “What happens in the elevator, stays in the elevator,” Bryan said, adjusting the brim of his baseball cap.

With the country boys misbehaving, Bell seizes the moment to salute all the women in country music despite the “sausage fest” represented on the charts.
