Remember when M.I.A. casually flipped the bird as 167 million households watched on in horror during Madonna’s Super Bowl halftime back in 2012? Well, the NFL is not done making an example out of the rapper-singer just yet as they are now seeking an additional $15.1 million in restitution, according to Billboard.

Following her act, M.I.A. was not paid for her 2 minute performance as is customary of the NFL and are now citing that these additional charges are allegedly the value of public exposure she received by appearing during the segment. It is also based on what advertisers would have paid for ads during this time.

“The claim for restitution lacks any basis in law, fact, or logic,” say M.I.A.’s response papers, filed on Friday.
