Actress and comedienne Kym Whitley’s docu-series, Raising Whitley, will return on January 4 with all new episodes on OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network.

Raising Whitley’s first season followed Kym as she adjusted to her new role as a mother to her baby boy Joshua. This season, we will catch up with her as she adjusts to a new tenant occupying her house – Joshua’s adoptive father Rodney. Facing the new challenges of sharing space, she will also battle potty training, first swimming lessons and other milestones.

Viewers will also get a chance to see the actress raising awareness for childhood allergies. Kickstarting her “Don’t Feed Me” allergy campaign following an incident where Joshua’s nanny mistakenly fed him peanut butter, Kym has created T-shirts and care packs where parents can write their child’s allergies for childcare providers.
