After weeks of speculation Kelly Rowland has officially confirmed that she is indeed engaged to her longtime manager Tim Witherspoon. For the last few weeks Kelly has been spotted out and about rocking a huge diamond and on a few dates with her fiancee.

Yesterday (Dec. 16), Ms. Rowland stopped by The Queen Latifah Show and was flat out asked if she was engaged. The singer shyly responded, “Yes, he put a ring on it!” Queen Latifah then asked her for the details and she revealed that her proposal happened via skype.
