Givenchy designer and creative director Riccardo Tisci is known for his keen eye in celebrity muses. He helped discover  supermodel Joan Smalls and many more.  Known for his out of the box decisions it comes as no surprise that  this morning via his Instagram, Tisci introduced neo-soul singer Erykah Badu as one of the new faces of Givenchy’s Spring 2014 collection.

Popular amongst the hip hop community Givenchy has been worn by your favorite celebrities such as Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, Beyonce, Wale and many more. Notable for creating both Kim Kardashian and Beyonce’s MET Gala gowns.While working on the Spring 2014 he revealed in an exclusive interview with Style.com he already had Badu in mind saying, “She’s one of the most stylish women I’ve met in my life.”
