After a series of road blocks, Dirty: Platinum Edition has finally been released to the public. The biopic of the late Ol’ Dirty Bastard was originally set to be shown at the NuHo Online Film Festival in November but was cancelled at the last minute due to cease and desist orders. A month later, the film festival is now able to release the documentary featuring interviews from Wu-Tang members and more speaking on the life and influence of ODB. Head to this website if you’d like to take a look.

Multiple packages for watching the film are offered with prices ranging from $5.99 to $9.99 that include streaming of this film, as well as others, and even a free Wu-Tang album. There’s really no way to confirm how genuine the New Wu Generation album is given that RZA has stated that the 20th anniversary album isn’t even finished. However, the documentary is legitimate and probably provides some interesting insight. –Keith Reid-Cleveland
