If you”re from the tri-state area you know that the lighting of the Christmas tree in Rockefeller Center is one of the biggest events of the year to officially kick off the holiday season. This year was no different as the crowds of people tuned in for the live performances from Mariah Carey, Ariana Grande, Mary J. Blige and more from the NBC’s 81st annual “Christmas in Rockefeller Center” special.

The Queen of Christmas music performed her to classics “All I Want For Christmas” and “Joy To The World.” While the new songstress Ariana Grande performed “Love Is Everything” from her upcoming Christmas album Christmas Kisses. A few more divas were on the scene to perform as well. Mary J. Blige performed “This Christmas.” And Toni Braxton and Babyface spread some cheer singing their duet “Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas.” Get in the holiday spirit and sing along to some Christmas tunes below. – Shanae Hatchett
