Queens MC, Nas has been hinting at the construction of his new high-end sneaker boutique in Vegas through Twitter and Instagram. The plans are finally coming together as a short promo video was released via Nas’ Instagram. The retail store will be called 12A.M. Run located in the Caesars Casino Linq district in Vegas.

This store will be one of its kind in Las Vegas, as this area is more commonly known for its casinos and hotels. Just like with any construction or building project, a lot of hard work and preparation will need to go into this to make sure that it can stand the test of time. Due to this, Queens MC may have taken inspiration from some of the other high-end sneaker boutiques that exist across the country, as well as taking the time to learn everything there is to learn about the overall process of how a building is constructed and so forth.

For example, once construction gets underway, he will be able to see how companies like Safe2Core Miami, who have been part of many building projects in this part of the country, can use their scanning equipment to locate any conduits and obstructions that could hinder the building process and efficiently come up with solutions to help overcome this problem. From there, he will be able to have full creative control over what lighting he would like to have fitted, as well as how many floors he wants the boutique to have, as well as all the other factors that must be considered during the building project.

It is a highly-anticipated project, and there will be many people who can’t wait to see the final product.

The short 15-second teaser showcases the construction site over Nas’ “Made You Look” instrumental. There’s no official release date but according to the preview it’s coming soon possibly early 2014. Check out a few flicks and the short clip below. – Shanae Hatchett
