R. Kelly will be releasing his 12th studio album, Black Panties, on Dec. 10 and he’s allowing fans to get a preview a week early. The album, inspired by a pair of black panties thrown at him during a concert, features Ludacris, Kelly Rowland, 2 Chainz, Jeezy and Future.
