And of course, they talk about what we all wanted them to talk about, that fateful night that happened almost 3 years ago. However, Rihanna shows a side that we’ve never seen before. Rihanna cries when the topic of the abuse she suffered at the hands of Chris Brown arises. “I lost my best friend, like everything I knew switched in a night,” Rihanna said. She said her biggest concern was getting him help.

“As angry as I was, as hurt and betrayed, I felt that he made that mistake because he needed help. Who’s going to help him? Nobody is going to say, ‘he needs help’. Everyone is going to say he’s a monster without looking at the source. I was more concerned about him.”
