I am so excited to announce that a record I’ve been working on has now become a collaboration with
@kendricklamar for HIS ALBUM.— Lady Gaga (@ladygaga) August 15, 2012
The Lady GaGa x Kendrick Lamar friendship was taken to new levels today, as the hit pop star announced her role as a feature on the West coast prince’s upcoming debut album via Twitter. The two will be making music together to be presented on the Lamar’s good kid, m.A.A.d. city LP. The song, to be titled “PARTYNA– — USEOUS” will release to audiences on September 6th. This is smelling like a mainstream first for the Black Hippy emcee to me. Stay tuned and hit the jump for more tweets.
I wrote “PARTYNA– — USEOUS” about Jakarta, and my relationship with that country. Wishing I could “get high with the enemy” and make peace.

Once
@kendricklamar + I started talking about life + his forward thinking views about love + hip hop, the song became something more.— Lady Gaga (@ladygaga) August 15, 2012
