Happy, albeit belated, birthday to Mick Boogie. The Cleveland-bred, New York established DJ has been pushing the boundaries of what it means to be a DJ for years. He’s dropped incredible, innovative mixtapes, such as his infectious Summertime series with DJ Jazzy Jeff and his Coldplay-Jay-Z mash up, Viva La Hova. He’s handled the ones and twos at events for celebrity giants such as LeBron James, Jay-Z and Will Smith, to name a few. So cheers to you, Boogie. Keep changing the game.
