Last week Nick Cannon was hospitalized for the fourth time in three weeks and is out of the hospital right now, but more bad news has struck him. Due to doctors orders, Nick has been forced to quit his radio show as of now after being diagnosed with acute kidney failure as well as blood clots in his lungs. Nick recently released a statement regarding his health which you can view below. We wish Nick the best and hope he can recover from these health conditions.

My doctor was saying that my work is going to kill me – and he’s not joking. I think part of the reason why my health did kind of deteriorate was because I wasn’t resting a lot and I was doing too much. I was overworking myself, working out too much.
