“Dedication 4″ Tape drops on Livemixtapes on Sept 3rd!
Mac took to sound cloud to drop a few covers over “Someone Like You,” and Nebraskan band Bright Eyes’ 2005 single “First Day of My Life”. The Pittsburg rapper will click up with the Atlanta trio Travis Porter and west coast rapper YG on September 13 for the kick off of his “Macadelic” tour in Louisville, Kentucky. Hip-Hop MC Nas drops the visuals for his new single “Bye Baby,” off of his 10th studio album “Life Is Good”, in stores now. The video goes back to Nas’ reminiscing watching videos of him and his ex-wife’s wedding day and on the good times they shared, while drinking a bottle of MOET. Then he hits an office where they reenact their divorce signing and toasts with his boys.

Will the Free Max B era ever end? Unfortunately not, as news comes today that the Harlem rapper, named Charly Wingate, failed to appeal his murder charge from an incident that occurred in 2006 – ending with the murder of a victim over a robbery in New Jersey. Wingate has been serving time since 2009, and in his recent appeal he argued that the courts should’ve separated his sentence from that of Kelvin Leerdam, his accomplice. The court made the decision to not honor the appeal, keeping its original sentence in place and making Max B available for parole on November 9th, 2042.Read More
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Hip-Hop Manager Chris Lighty. Lighty is most known for his work as the founder of Violator Management. Throughout his career, we have seen him work with amazing talents like Mariah Carey, Busta Rhymes, Q-Tip, Missy Elliott, Fantasia, Mýa, Diggy Simmons, Cormega, Ja Rule, Mobb Deep, LL Cool J and Nas.
