Gucci Mane is a free man for the upteenth time now that he’s been released from a Fulton County jail cell.

According to XXL, Gucci was released Sunday December 11 after being sentenced to six months for battery and disorderly conduct.

The East Atlanta rapper previously pleaded guilty to pushing a woman out of a moving car after she denied his sexual advances.

Speaking on his most recent release, the rapper has expressed remorse and is hopeful that this will be his last incarceration.

“This is the last time I think I’ll ever be in jail,” said Gucci to XXL. “It was a time for me to sit back and just refocus the whole way I do things, man. The times away from my fans just made me want to grind, get in the studio, go to my shows and appreciate my job and what I do now.”

 

In related news the rapper dropped his BayTL album with White Girl mob member V-Nasty last week and while some of his loyal fans were appalled thrown off by the news, Gucci hopes people will give it a chance.

 “I think people are going to be surprised just how good the music sounds,” he said.
