Back in 2009, before he fell in love with Amber Rose, Wiz Khalifa released his Deal Or No Deal album. Since the release of the album, Wiz’s Deal or No Deal album has sold over 100,000 copies.

Well as of December 7th, 2011, Malbon Brothers Farms has filed a lawsuit against Babygrande Records who served as a marketing service for the album. The lawsuit claims states that Babygrande Records was supposed to be paid close to 20 percent of what the album sold but they did not pay Malbon Brothers Farms their share.
