A lot of rumors have been circulating in the past year or so about super group Black Eyed Peas breaking up, but nothing was confirmed until earlier today. Will.I.Am took it to Twitter to announce that the group will not be splitting up but will be taking a short hiatus. Will also says that the music will not stop although they will be apart from each other.

The @Bep will take a break after the beginning…just like we did from monkey business to the e.n.d…but it doesn’t mean we stop creating.
