A few weeks ago, Hip Hop & Reggae singer Sean Kingston was involved in a horrible Jet-Ski incident and was said to be in critical condition. Today it has been reported that Sean Kingston is not only talking on his own but he is also able to walk on his own as well. Sean still remains hospitalized but his condition has been upgraded.
