Kiss The Girl” and “Double Jeopardy” actress Ashley Judd has a new memoir entitled “All That Is Bitter And Sweet” which hit shelves this week and she is discussing many topics such has her mother, sister, and child-hood, but the one topic that stands out the most is the bashing of Hip Hop that she’s doing in this new memoir. Ashley Judd states “As far as I’m concerned, most rap and hip-hop music — with it’s rape culture and insanely abusive lyrics and depictions of girls and women as ‘ho’s’ — is the contemporary soundtrack of misogyny.” She even name drops and calls out Snoop Dogg and Diddy, saying they weren’t the proper people to be delaying a message about YouthAIDS. Hip-Hop is not the only thing that Ashley is upset with. She also shows anger towards her mother and sister Wynonna, stating “She and my sister [Wynonna] have been quoted as saying that our family put the ‘fun’ in dysfunction. I wondered: ‘Who, exactly, was having all the fun? What was I missing?
