Last week Kelly Rowland announced that her third album will be entitled “Motivation” and the lead single would go by the same name. To help the song get to that extra level, she recruits Lil Wayne to be featured on the single. There is no set release date for the album as of yet, but  the video for this single is being shot in L.A. this week.
