Forty-year-old actress Taraji P. Henson bares her pristine figure by joining forces with PETA’s iconic “I’d Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur” campaign.

Before I saw that documentary …you know I’m a girly girl, I love fashion because it was hot. Whoever was the hottest model was walking it down the runway or whatever the new fashion was I was into because I’m an actress, that’s what I do, I’m a girly girl, I like to dress up. I would wear fur, but I saw this documentary, and I was riveted. I cried. … Could you imagine somebody ripping your hair out, while you’re still awake, fully conscious? It’s ridiculous, for the sake of fashion.

When I realized what went into—not just, we’re not just even talking about a full-length fur coat, I’m talking about just … fur on your gloves or on your jacket or—what goes into making that little piece of fur ripped my heart out. And as humans, we have control. What if someone said, ‘Black skin is the new fur’? I don’t think a living being should suffer for the sake of fashion, period,” Henson proclaims. “End of story.

Our girl Taraji also stopped by “The Chelsea Lately Show” last night to discuss her upcoming projects and, luckily for our male viewers, dropped some jewels on her ideal “Mr. Right”.

On what she’s looking for in a man:
I like [them] tall. You don’t have to be so tall, but taller than me in these shoes. I just like to feel protected. I just want some big old arms to crawl into but you also have to have a brain. And when I say man, I mean, there are men who are disguised as men, but they’re really little boys. They’re not developed yet. Ladies am I right? So when I say man, I don’t mean, you just come with your male member.

I just want a good guy who just makes me laugh. I would rather him be behind the scenes or in business. Let me be the talent because sometimes when you’re in a relationship doing the same thing it can get kind of competitive, and being an entertainer, it’s all about “love me, love me, love me” and I can’t do a man that’s always screaming “love me, love me, love me”. I honestly don’t take myself that seriously! You know I look at what I do as a job but it doesn’t mean I’m better than anybody or that you should rush me to the front of the line. At the end of the day, it’s what pays the bills so the other stuff I don’t put too much [emphasis] on it.
