For those neck deep in the music environment these past few years, the name Omen isn’t foreign. However, for everyone else, the name Omen is still familiar in other aspects. He’s been an integral part of the progression of J. Cole’s career and has even appeared on both The Warm Up (“The Badness”) and Friday Night Lights (“Enchanted”) as well as a handful of other tracks. Right now, those overseas can catch Omen on tour with Cole and Drake, but can also be expecting the release of his tape Afraid Of Heights – a follow up to Delayed.

“Forever,” which is also produced by Omen himself, is the first look inside the tape. It’s one of those aggressive, but still ominous records that command your attention. And while I’m not sure of the actual release date just yet, this will be one to keep your eye on. Kudos to the homie Ibrahim for the heads up.
