The long-awaited Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN)launched at noon with an introduction by Oprah Winfrey herself.  One of the network’s most promising new shows is  “Oprah Presents Master Class” which debuted on OWN with a tribute to rapper Jay-Z.

The first episode of “Oprah Presents Master Class” is a refreshing blend of Jay-Z footage interspersed with commentary from the successful rapper and Oprah Winfrey herself. Jay-Z speaks openly and honestly about everything in his life from how his relationships have helped form his art, to the tragic death of his young nephew in a car accident.  He shares his plans for success and that he wanted to be a millionaire by the age of 30. Jay-Z didn’t just wait for success and fortune to find him.  In “Oprah Presents Master Class,” Jay-Z discloses that when he failed to get a contract from a record company, he started his own company.
