On December 10, 2010, Charles Hamilton was arrested by Cleveland Police, for assaulting a Police Officer. Witnesses on scene state that Charles Hamilton was running in and out of bars and restaurants in the area, yelling at employees and customers. A Cleveland Police Officer confronted Charles Hamilton. Charles Hamilton responded by yelling obscenities at the Officer, and then by punching him in the face. [ Insert Kanye shrug Here]
